gnu: r-scran: Update to 1.10.1.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (r-scran): Update to 1.10.1. [propagated-inputs]: Add r-biocneighbors; remove r-dt, r-fnn, r-ggplot2, r-shiny, and r-viridis.
