import: hackage: Use SRFI-71 instead of SRFI-11.
* guix/import/hackage.scm (read-cabal-and-hash)
(hackage-fetch-and-hash, hackage-fetch)
(hackage->guix-package): Use 'let' and 'let*' instead of 'let-values'
and 'let*-values'.
