mtd-utils: Update to 2.0.2.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (mtd-utils): Update to 2.0.2.
[arguments]: Remove 'test-target, 'make-flags. Re-enable 'configure
phase. Add 'configure-flag for the unit-tests.
[native-inputs]: Add cmocka, pkg-config.
