gnu: python-pysam: Enable tests.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-pysam)[source]: Change from
PyPi to source archive due to missing test data.
[arguments]: Add check phase after install.
[native-inputs]: Add python-nose, samtools and bcftools.
