services: opensmtpd: Add 'shepherd-requirement' field.
* gnu/services/mail.scm (<opensmtpd-configuration>)[shepherd-requirement]:
New field.
(opensmtpd-shepherd-service): Honor it.
* doc/guix.texi (Mail Services): Document it.
