guix system: Add 'delete-generations'.
* guix/scripts/package.scm (delete-matching-generations): Export.
* guix/scripts/system.scm (show-help): Add 'delete-generations'.
(process-command): Honor it.
(guix-system): Support it.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix system): Document it.
