Add 'guix copy'.
* guix/scripts/copy.scm: New file.
* guix/scripts/archive.scm (options->derivations+files): Export.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix copy): New node.
* Makefile.am (MODULES) [HAVE_GUILE_SSH]: Add guix/scripts/copy.scm.
* po/guix/POTFILES.in: Likewise.
