gnu: gitolite: Add unsafe-pattern configuration option.
* gnu/services/version-control.scm (gitolite-rc-file): Add
unsafe-pattern field.
(gitolite-rc-file-compiler): Write it.
* doc/guix.texi (Version Control Services): Document it.
