gnu: emacs-hierarchy: Remove variable.
* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-hierarchy): Remove variable. Library was integrated into Emacs 28.1 and is developed there from now on. See <https://github.com/DamienCassou/hierarchy>.
