gnu: spice: Fix CVE-2017-7506.
* gnu/packages/patches/spice-CVE-2017-7506.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/spice.scm (spice)[source]: Use it.
