* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-haskell-mode): Update to 17.1.
[arguments]: Add phase to skip failing tests.
* gnu/packages/patches/haskell-mode-make-check.patch:
* gnu/packages/patches/haskell-mode-unused-variables.patch: Delete files.
* gnu/local.mk: Apply files removal.
