gnu: quassel: Fix build with qt-5.14.
* gnu/packages/irc.scm (quassel)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/quassel-qt-514-compat.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
