gnu: vlc: Fix build.
* gnu/packages/patches/vlc-fix-test_libvlc_slaves.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Reference new file.
* gnu/packages/video.scm (vlc): Apply patch.
