gnu: boost: Patch transitive linking bug.
* gnu/packages/patches/boost-fix-transitive-linking.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/boost.scm (boost)[source]: Use it.
