gnu: mpc123: Add patch that fixes a segfault.
* gnu/packages/patches/mpc123-initialize-ao.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/mp3.scm (mpc123): Use it.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
