gnu: python-locust: Update to 1.4.3.
* gnu/packages/benchmark.scm (python-locust): Update to 1.4.3. [phases]: Remove trailing #t. {check}: Disable the 'test_html_report_option', 'test_custom_exit_code' and 'test_webserver' tests.
