pull: Create the "${XDG_CONFIG_HOME}/guix" directory when needed.
This fixes <https://bugs.gnu.org/46269>.
* guix/scripts/pull.scm (ensure-default-profile): Add a 'mkdir-p' call before
'symlink'.
