* Makefile.am (assert-no-store-file-names): Depend on $(distdir)/ChangeLog.
(dist-hook): Depend on $(distdir)/ChangeLog instead of 'gen-ChangeLog'.
(gen-ChangeLog): Add $(distdir)/ChangeLog left of the colon.
