file. Update callers.
(remove-expired-cached-narinfos): Add 'directory' parameter and use it
instead of %NARINFO-CACHE-DIRECTORY.
(narinfo-cache-directories): New procedure.
(maybe-remove-expired-cached-narinfo): Call 'remove-expired-cached-narinfos'
for each item returned by 'narinfo-cache-directories'.
