* guix/store.scm (run-with-store): Check whether STORE and NEW-STORE are
true before calling 'store-connection-object-cache' etc. Fixes a
failure in tests/graph.scm related to %REVERSE-PACKAGE-NODE-TYPE, which
uses #f as the store.
