[native-inputs]: Add 'ghc-tasty-lua'. * gnu/packages/patches/ghc-pandoc-fix-html-tests.patch: New file. * gnu/packages/patches/ghc-pandoc-fix-latex-test.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk: Add them.
