(url-fetch): Add `https'. * guix/download.scm (gnutls-derivation): New procedure. (url-fetch)[need-gnutls?]: New variable. Call `gnutls-derivation' when NEED-GNUTLS? is true, and add its output to the `GUILE_LOAD_PATH' env. var. in that case.
