* guix/import/pypi.scm (url-fetch, json-fetch, pypi-fetch): Augment
docstring to mention #f on failure.
(pypi->guix-package): Likewise, and actually return #f on failure.
* guix/scripts/import/pypi.scm (guix-import-pypi): Call 'leave' when
'pypi->guix-package' returns #f.
