(patch-and-repack): Invoke 'package-derivation' with #:graft? #f. (package-source-derivation): Likewise. Do not use (%guile-for-build) in call to 'patch-and-repack', and we could end up using a grafted Guile. (expand-input): Likewise, also for 'package-cross-derivation' call.
