nongnu: linux-firmware: Update to 20250917.
* nongnu/packages/linux.scm (linux-firmware): Update to 20250917.
(select-firmware): Handle the Link keyword correctly.
(iwlwifi-firmware)[arguments]{phases}: In the select-firmware phase, use new
location of firmware.
