guix hash: Add git serializer.
* guix/scripts/hash.scm (git-hash): New procedure. (%options): Use it. * tests/guix-hash.sh: Test it. * doc/guix.texi: Update. Signed-off-by: Ludovic Courtès <ludo@gnu.org>
