doc: Use a better setuid example.
nmtui does not benefit from being setuid. Oops.
* doc/guix.texi (Setuid Programs): Replace network-manager's /bin/nmtui
with nfs-utils' /sbin/mount.nfs. Change a @code{} to a @command{}.
