doc: Document 'gdm-service-type'.
* doc/guix.texi (X Window): Document 'gdm-service-type' and
'gdm-configuration'. Take description of '.desktop' files from the
'slim-service-type' description.
* gnu/services/xorg.scm (gdm-service): Remove outdated comment.
