gnu: Add GNU GRUB.
* gnu/packages/grub.scm,
gnu/packages/patches/grub-gets-undeclared.patch: New files.
* Makefile.am (MODULES): Add grub.scm.
(dist_patch_DATA): Add grub-gets-undeclared.patch.
