cuirass: Add gnu-system build spec.
* build-aux/hydra/gnu-system.scm (hydra-jobs): Support subset "hello".
* build-aux/cuirass/gnu-system.scm: New file.
* doc/guix.texi (Continuous Integration): Update example spec.
