services: bluetooth: Add missing config parameters.
* doc/guix.texi (Desktop Services): Document 'bluetooth-service-type'
and 'bluetooth-configuration'.
* gnu/services/desktop.scm (<bluetooth-configuration>): Add many fields.
(bluetooth-configuration-file): Handle them.
