package: Use ~/.guix-profile as the default for --search-paths.
* guix/scripts/package.scm (search-path-environment-variables): Prefer
%USER-ENVIRONMENT-DIRECTORY when it points to PROFILE.
(display-search-paths): Use 3 spaces for indentation.
