gnu: coreutils: Remove run-time dependency on Bash.
* gnu/packages/base.scm (coreutils)[arguments] <patch-shell-references>: Leave src/split.c unpatched. Set $SHELL. Use .../bin/sh and not .../bin/bash in tests.
