gnu: MariaDB: Update to 10.5.8.

* gnu/packages/databases.scm (mariadb): Update to 10.5.8.
[arguments]: Adjust #:configure-flags to not install tests; remove code for
the same.  Adjust phases for upstream test changes.  Add workaround.
