distro: Add GNU Shishi.
* distro/packages/shishi.scm,
distro/packages/patches/shishi-gets-undeclared.patch: New files.
* Makefile.am (MODULES): Add 'shishi.scm'.
(dist_patch_DATA): Add 'shishi-gets-undeclared.patch'.
