* gnu/home/services/messaging.scm: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add it.
* po/guix/POTFILES.in: Likewise.
* doc/guix.texi (Messaging Home Services): Document it in new subsection.
