gnu: libepoxy: Add patch to avoid segfault when GL support is missing.
* gnu/packages/patches/libepoxy-gl-null-checks.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/gl.scm (libepoxy)[source]: Add it.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
