* gnu/packages/glib.scm (glibmm)[outputs]: New output "doc".
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>[-Dbuild-documentation]: New flag.
<#:phases>['move-doc]: New phase.
[native-inputs]: Add doxygen and graphviz.
