gnu: cling: Move next to llvm and clang.
Inheritance should happen within the same module.
* gnu/packages/cpp.scm (%cling, llvm-cling, clang-cling-runtime)
(clang-cling, cling): Move to...
* gnu/packages/llvm.scm: ... here. Use 'modify-inputs' instead of
'alist-replace'.
