gnu: erlang: Fix man-pages search path of 'erl -man'.
* gnu/packages/patches/erlang-man-path.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/erlang.scm (erlang)[source]: Use it.
