gnu: libgit2: Work around test failures on 32-bit platforms.
* gnu/packages/patches/libgit2-oom-test.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (libgit2)[source]: Use it.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
