gnu: openssh: Fix ssh-copy-id.
* gnu/packages/patches/openssh-fix-ssh-copy-id.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/ssh.scm (openssh)[source]: Use it.
