gnu: vim: Fix CVE-2017-5953.
* gnu/packages/patches/vim-CVE-2017-5953.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/vim.scm (vim)[source]: Use it.
