gnu: Remove libvpx@1.7.
* gnu/packages/patches/libvpx-use-after-free-in-postproc.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/video.scm (libvpx-1.7): Remove variable.
