gnu: tomb: Update to 2.8.
Fixes CVE-2020-28638.
* gnu/packages/crypto.scm (tomb): Update to 2.8
[source]: Remove obsolete patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/tomb-fix-errors-on-open.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
