gnu: libopenshot: Fix tests on other architectures.
* gnu/packages/video.scm (libopenshot)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/libopenshot-fixup-tests.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
