gnu: ruby-yard: Update to 0.9.6.
* gnu/packages/ruby.scm (ruby-yard): Update to 0.9.6.
[source]: Use 'GitHub' source.
[arguments]: Run tests without 'Rakefile'.
[native-inputs]: Replace 'ruby-rspec-2' with ruby-rspec'.
* gnu/packages/patches/ruby-yard-fix-skip-of-markdown-tests.patch: Delete
file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
