gnu: clisp: Remove unused patch.
This is a follow-up for 074236d19796577b2f55b3c7030c14242efa8f3f.
* gnu/patches/clisp-remove-failing-test.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
