gnu: QtWebKit: Fix building with Python 3.9.
* gnu/packages/patches/qtwebkit-fix-building-with-python-3.9.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/qt.scm (qtwebkit)[source]: Use it.
