gnu: python-blosc: Build with packaged blosc.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-blosc)[source]: Add snippet to
remove bundled sources.
[arguments]: Add a custom phase to set location of blosc.
[inputs]: Add c-blosc.
